I desperately hope to satisfy all my collectors and customers — it’s the people-pleaser in me, I suppose. For this reason, I handle each sale and commission with the utmost transparency and clarity as possible. Please take the time to read my listing descriptions carefully, and check colors on different screens if color variation is a concern. I attempt to photograph each piece of work to capture it’s most honest, and true-to-life color representation, but realize the colors may vary slightly in person.
There are no refunds, exchanges or warranties with Ambreen Ehtisham. All sales are final.
These items are one of a kind and delicate, so handle carefully. We are not responsible for damage caused by shippers or customer.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
If the box/bag your item arrives in is damaged, please ensure you take photos/videos prior to opening. We need this evidence to make a claim with the shipping company.
